Furthering the digital governance policy of the current government, launch of the online system for reservation of Circuit Bungalows and Holiday Resorts, which are under the purview of the Ministry of Public Administration, took place on the 29th of December 2025 at the Ministry Auditorium. The event was held under the auspices of Professor Chandana Abeyrathne, Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government.

The Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government stated that the objective of the Ministry was to provide the opportunity to reserve a Holiday Resort directly from one's own mobile phone. He further added that the Ministry will continue to strengthen the digital initiative of the current government by making necessary adjustments based on public feedback and requirements to provide the necessary services to the public.
