Note :
Application for promotion to Grade I should be submitted along with the recommendation of the Head of the Department and the Secretary of the Line Ministry.
The certified copies of the relevant documents should be prepared as a file in accordance with the check list indicated in Annex 03 and submitted in order to confirm the particulars indicated in Form EST II (SLScS-Gr.I).
